To Configure an Optional Clause

Open the report in the Content pane.
Click Edit, and then click Open Report Designer. The Report Designer dialog opens.
Click the Optional Clauses tab.
Click in the Description field and type in a Description. The parameters display in the Criteria pane.
Select the appropriate criteria and click Save.
